THERAPY FOR OCD AND
ANXIETY DISORDERS
You look fine on the outside but on the inside you are struggling. You may have physical sensations that you don’t know how to control, negative thoughts that run rampant, and you may not feel like yourself.
Anxiety is scary, overwhelming, and exhausting. It feels like you are in a battle with your own mind, and it takes a lot of effort to get through each day. I am here to ease some of that burden for you, guide you in learning tools to lessen the anxiety, and normalize and validate what you are going through. You are not crazy, there is nothing wrong with you, and you are not alone.
I have expertise in treating generalized anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety and specific phobias such as emetophobia. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to support you in thinking about your thinking, connecting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and challenge your negative thoughts, as well as exposure and response prevention to directly confront the fears.
I will equip you with the tools that you need to manage anxiety and face life’s stressors.
