Anxiety is now widely discussed with children, but the scope of the body sensations that can accompany anxiety is left out of the conversation.This book fills that gap. Kids need to know about the emotional and physical manifestations of anxiety so that they will feel less scared and more empowered to calm their bodies, understand the mind-body connection, ask for help, and know that they are not alone.

With this book, I aim to educate children and their loved ones about the mind-body connection, normalize how anxiety can affect us physically, and empower children to talk about how their bodies feel and ask for help. I believe that awareness is the first step towards relief, and normalization is the key to connectedness. My dream is to write books to support children through anxiety challenges.
